The main
purpose of the event was to increase the awareness of the Thanksgiving day celebration.
1. A group
of four students made a power point
presentation. Then they asked questions to find our what the rest of the
students remembered.
2. Students
in pairs made cloze and matching
exercise.
3. Students
in groups were given the paper to make a story according to the PowerPoint presentation-
‘The story of Thanksgiving picture story’
to check what the students remembered
from the presentation. And they draw Thanksgiving Day pictures picture.
4. Students
sang the song ' What are you thankful for Genki English’ - Karaoke.
5.Students
wrote ‘ We are thankful for…’ on the leafs and stick them on the Thanksgiving
Tree.
